You can download Gmail into Outlook
If you have a Gmail account, you may want to consider managing it through Outlook. Having Outlook retrieve your Gmail messages provides the advantages of a Gmail account while having all your emails go where you are accustomed to seeing them and you don't have to check email in two places.
Also, you maintain control of your emails--they are on your computer where you can back them up. They are still on Gmail as well, so you can access them on the web.
